1. General Information

This policy explains your rights regarding withdrawal, returns, refunds, and complaints when purchasing products from Nordum.shop.

This policy is prepared in accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation and applicable EU consumer regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

When purchasing goods online, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day after you receive the product.

You are not required to provide any reason for cancelling your purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within the 30-day withdrawal period.

Refunds Under the Right of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if a more expensive shipping option was chosen).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days from:

  • the date we receive the returned product, or

  • the date you provide proof that the product has been returned.

3. Suppliers

Nordum.shop works with multiple international suppliers, which means that delivery times and return handling may vary depending on the product.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, regardless of where the supplier is located.

4. Returns and Alternative Solutions

Depending on the product and the situation, we may offer the following solutions.

In cases of withdrawal, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs, provided this information was given before the purchase.

Refund Without Return

In certain situations (for example when return shipping costs are unreasonably high compared to the product value or in cases of minor defects), we may offer a full or partial refund without requiring the product to be returned.

All such solutions are handled in dialogue with the customer and do not limit your statutory rights.

5. When We Offer Refunds or Replacements

5.1 Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the following timeframe, you may request a refund:

Sweden: 30 days from dispatch

5.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after receipt

  • Photo or video documentation may be requested

  • In many cases, a return of the damaged product is not required

5.3 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or items are missing:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Photo or video documentation may be requested

We will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • replacement product

  • reshipment

  • refund

5.4 Cancelled Orders

A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before it has been processed or dispatched.

6. Complaints (Sweden and EU/EEA)

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description, you have the right to file a complaint under:

  • the Swedish Consumer Sales Act

  • the EU Directive on the Sale of Goods (2019/771/EU)

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Right of withdrawal: within 30 days from receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Other cases: normally within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Return Shipping & Costs

Right of withdrawal: Customer normally pays return shipping

If the error is on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item):
Nordum.shop covers the return costs.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, Swedish law shall apply.
