NORDUM.SHOP operates as a digital marketplace collaborating with carefully selected suppliers and manufacturers.

You always enter into a purchase agreement with NORDUM.SHOP. We are your contractual party and responsible for ensuring that your statutory consumer rights are fulfilled.


2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or

  • Have consent from a legal guardian

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order

NORDUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, system errors, or misuse of the website.


3. Orders and Binding Agreement

A binding agreement is formed when:

  1. You complete your purchase at checkout, and

  2. You receive an order confirmation email from NORDUM.SHOP.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Technical errors

  • Out-of-stock situations

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.


4. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or supplier updates.

  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

NORDUM reserves the right to update product information at any time.


5. Prices & Taxes

  • All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor).

  • VAT is included where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Payment

We offer secure payment methods such as Klarna, debit/credit card payments, and other options displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers.
NORDUM does not store credit card information.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if payment authorization fails.


7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Products are shipped directly from our supplier partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page and in the order confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the product has been delivered to you or your designated collection point.

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct actual return shipping costs from the refund.


8. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days – EU Customers)

Under EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from receiving the product.

You must notify us in writing via email before returning the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if you selected a premium shipping option.


9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed hygiene products that have been opened

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Digital products delivered electronically


10. Complaints & Warranty

You have a statutory 3-year right to complain about original defects under Swedish consumer law.

If a product is defective:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide photos or video documentation

  • Include your order number

If the complaint is approved, you are entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

We cover return shipping costs in approved complaint cases.


11. Limitation of Liability

NORDUM.SHOP is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

  • Minor deviations in product appearance

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.


12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Strikes

  • Government actions

  • Customs delays

  • Transportation disruptions


13. Intellectual Property

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Website design

is the property of NORDUM.SHOP or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
