What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple! You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to initiate a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in perfect condition. This means they are unopened, unused, and any seals are intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service via My Account, who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must place a new order and return your original for a refund.
