What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How do I return an item?
To start a return:

Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will send you return instructions and the correct return address.

Can I return a product if I no longer want it?
Yes. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it.
The product must be:
• unused
• in its original condition
• in the original packaging
Please note that return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer when returning a product due to change of mind.
What happens after my item is returned?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
• approve the return and process your refund
or
• contact you if additional information is needed
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times:
• Right of withdrawal: within 30 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment
• Other cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect items): usually 5–10 business days after approval
