This policy explains your right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and complaints when purchasing from NORDUM.SHOP.

When purchasing goods online, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day after you receive the product. You do not need to provide any reason for cancelling your purchase.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option), within 30 days from:

NORDUM.SHOP works with multiple suppliers. Delivery times and return handling may therefore vary depending on the product.
